Snugi is an image transformation application operated by Snugi Base. This notice explains in practical terms how information is handled when you use the app.
Snugi is built around a simple idea: you upload a travel photo, and our AI system generates a personalized commemorative travel-style image based on your request.
When you choose to generate a commemorative travel image:
1. You manually select and upload a photo.
2. The image is transmitted to Snugi’s internally managed processing servers.
3. The AI system analyzes the image as a complete visual composition.
4. A stylized output is generated and returned to your device.
All processing is conducted within infrastructure directly operated by Snugi Base.
Snugi does not use third-party AI services, external generative AI APIs, or cloud AI marketplaces.
We process only the content you actively choose to submit:
1. The travel image you upload
2. Optional generation parameters (if selected inside the app)
Images are processed solely for producing your requested output.
To maintain system stability and security, we may automatically collect limited technical data such as:
1. Device type
2. Operating system version
3. Anonymous crash diagnostics
4. Basic server request logs
This information does not include personal identity details and is not used for profiling.
Snugi does not:
1. Collect names, phone numbers, addresses, or identity numbers
2. Access contacts, messages, or unrelated device content
3. Extract biometric identifiers
4. Perform facial recognition
5. Build facial templates or store measurable face data
6. Track users across third-party apps or websites
Any faces visible in uploaded images are treated as general visual elements only. Snugi does not identify or analyze individuals.
Uploaded images are used exclusively for:
1. Generating the requested commemorative travel-style output
2. Ensuring core service functionality
Images are not used for:
1. Advertising
2. Behavioral tracking
3. User profiling
4. Identity verification
5. Sale or monetization of user data
Data use is strictly restricted to the requested transformation process.
Snugi does not sell, share, rent, or transfer user data to third parties.
Specifically:
1. No image data is sent to external AI providers
2. No image data is transmitted to independent generative model platforms
3. No advertising networks receive user content
If legally required by valid governmental authority, we may comply with applicable law. Otherwise, data remains within Snugi-controlled systems.
Snugi operates on an explicit user-action model:
1. The app does not access your photos without system-level permission.
2. Images are processed only after you select and upload them.
3. By tapping the generate button, you consent to internal processing for that request.
You may stop using the service at any time.
You maintain full control over the images stored on your own device.
Snugi processes images solely for generating the requested travel-style outputs. The app does not:
1. Identify any person in an uploaded image
2. Perform facial recognition
3. Analyze biometric markers
4. Extract measurable facial features for storage
5. Store faceprints or any form of biometric identifiers
Any faces visible in your uploaded photos are treated strictly as general visual elements for image transformation purposes only. No individual identification or profiling is performed, and no face-related data is retained.
Image data is stored temporarily for processing purposes only.
Processing files are automatically deleted after generation is completed.
Snugi does not maintain long-term user image archives on its servers, and we do not build persistent image libraries tied to user identity.
Temporary technical logs are retained only for the minimum period necessary to ensure system stability, security, and operational integrity.
Within the app, users have full control over both uploaded images and AI-generated outputs. You may:
1. View your generated results in the in-app history section
2. Save generated images directly to your device
3. Delete individual items from your history at any time
If you choose to delete an image from your history, it is permanently removed and cannot be restored. Once deleted, the content is no longer accessible through the app.
If in-app purchases are offered, payments are processed by the platform provider (such as Apple). Snugi Base does not collect or store payment card information.
We implement reasonable technical and administrative safeguards designed to:
1. Prevent unauthorized access
2. Protect data during transmission
3. Maintain service reliability
While no digital system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously review and improve safeguards.
Snugi is not intended for young children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If such data is identified, it will be removed.
